It doesn't cost more than what the K10D USED to cost when it was new, though. My guess is that they are banking on all of those "electronics improvements" like the dust locator, etc to make it seem worth the extra money. Unfortunately, without a Pentaprism I just couldn't do it - otherwise I wouldn't mind sticking with the AA's (thank God for Eneloops) and the single control wheel.
