And Rick said this, though I had to go to the archives to get it. (You're mail problems are contagious, Rick!) It has a rather Soviet-era air about it, for sure. I have mixed feelings about it too. Without the Soviet touches it would be an ordinary snap. Rick >>> http://picasaweb.google.com/sdloveless/MeganAndMolly/photo#5154404518927952050 >>> >>> I don't think we should put qualifiers on "good" photographs. I think it's kind of a fun photo, but I'm not sure if it qualifies as "good". Maybe artsy? Who knows? Holgas have received quite a lot of attention these last few years, and that's one of the reasons I own one. And I suppose it is good enough for a Holga. (I'm not bashing Paul's response here.) But to qualify it that way make me think of the jokes on this list about professional photographers and Pentax cameras. :) I'm probably putting too much effort into this. It's a fun snap, nothing more. Thanks for the replies, folks. Much appreciated. -- Scott "I got that coffee mug yesterday" Loveless http://www.twosixteen.com/fivetoedsloth/ -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net to UNSUBSCRIBE from the PDML, please visit the link directly above and follow the directions.
