I do hope you mean poring rather than pouring... Sam Haskins was quite a name way back when. He had an exhibition in London 2-3 years ago and has done some quite interesting stuff relatively recently.
I've no idea if that's one of his. Could be one of Bob Shell's - he seems to like his nudes in ruins.
