I don't knor if you've seen these, I did some experiments with second- curtain sync a few years ago... <http://www.cottysnaps.com/snaps/photoessays/essays/footytricks.html> IIRC, manual, about 1/8th sec and second curtain, 15mm at about f5.6 or 8 ish.
