I'd say full-frame at 12 megapixels or more with AF and shutter system upgraded from the K10D/20D (plus an upgrade in build quality and the usual weather sealing, etc.) Street price between $2000 - $3000 IOW, something in the Nikon D3 range but in a lower price bracket.
