The Times ran a short piece on the K20D this morning. They touted it's low light capability. Very favorable. Apparently, Pentax did do a better job on PR and coordination of release info. Hoya may have had some influence in that regard. Although it may just be that they're learning to play the digital SLR game, where a big bang up front counts for a lot, given the short market life of these products.
I'll buy a K20D. I need a backup for commercial jobs, and I need a second camera for event shooting. The D, which is currently serving as my second camera, is a bit too slow for event work. So the K10D will become the little used but absolutely necessary backup.
