I can't comment on the zig view, I try to stay away from third party equipment. The Pentax K10D does have a bulb setting, the wired remote has a switch lock, and the shutter can be locked open in bulb using the wired remote. I don't know what more you would want from the equipment, it will do exactly what you are asking.
