Yesterday I was in SF on a walkabout shoot with a friend. I spied this neat looking folding bicycle with a Shimano Nexus-8 speed hub and took a picture of the head area which shows this logo.

I'm trying to find out who makes this bicycle ... it was a very nice design that I'd like to know more about. thanks ...
