I think you get the same whether you pay or not. As a paying user you
may not see the adds, but I do.

There is nothing inconspicuous, professional or photography related
about ads for online casinos, IQ tests, lotteries etc...

What's more irritating is that the ad's are those flashy animated type
that are kinda hard to ignore. I never had a problem with the text ads
that they used to have.

Photo.net has for quite a few years been one of my favourite sites for
viewing lots of interesting work. But the recent site re-design with
the inclusion of obnoxious banner ads pisses me off. So much so that I
bought a flickr account instead.
