It's all those foreigners who have moved here <GRIN>. What works when the taxors are more then a month away does not work so good when they are just next door(Revolution v. Civil War). In neither case was it the amount of the taxes, it was the unfairness of taxes. The taxes involved were a form of economic coercion.
