You forgot "stewed and bitter". If you enjoy tea, you owe it to yourself to try a Bodum tea press. After the tea has reached the strength you desire you just push down the plunger, and the tea leaves get sealed away, so there's no way the bitter extracts get to spoil the flavour of the tea. You get the same effect with tea bags or tea balls, of course, so I didn't expect the Bodum to make much of a difference.
