I agree with Walt. I used several no name brands as well as Energisers and found them all unsatisfactory.
I've been using the Eneloops for about 8 months and find them excellent in holding a charge. I'm about to order some more. I use the Energiser charger to re-charge them but have disposed of the Energiser batteries....
