I like photo.net. I've been on there for quite a few years. It's faster than 
most services, easy to use and heavily populated. Thus, you can get a lot of 
feedback if you so desire. It's $25 a year for unlimited uploads. You can also 
upload witout paying a fee, but your photos will remain on only as long as 
managment deems fit. I like the look of the pages, minimal advertising and the 
simple upload process. They offer a wide variety of forums and gallery options 
as well.
