Some quick thoughts and sorry don't have time to comment on everyone.

Sheep on Glacier by Thrainn Vigfusson

A stand out photo, looks like a low quality JPEG however, probably better as
a print, a bigger print. This is a very unusual image. I don't exactly
expect to see a bunch of sheep being herding on ice. Eye grabbing.

Upstairs, Downstairs by Jaume Lahuerta

Really caught the essence of opposites, and naturally, I used to love that
TV show. I also liked that it is cropped skinny to reduce it to its essential
elements. Great colors and concept.

The fallen sky by Filip Nicolaï

Cool. Totally cool. I might have liked it closer, and different takes on the
subject, but closer it was probably hard to do to show the whole thing. This
borders on surreal. Well, it is surreal.

Zax by Alastair Robertson

I don't get the opposites part exactly, but I like the backlighting and the
sense of relationship. A nice moment in time and I like the male bonding
thing going on in it.

Mixed Messages by Brian Walters

Heheheheh. It's also, humor aside, quite a nice photo -- good color, sky,
and lines. Very dramatic.

Spring and Fall by Rick Womer

Very nice, I like the combos, colors and composition. And have often thought
about trying to catch that type of opposite myself.

Also Ken's snow and water, which naturally I like, but I had to think about
the opposites part there for a while. Peter's fire and water, very nice.
Frank's subway people, which I have seen before and still really like, and
Ann's
statue and pipes, the sacred (or religious) and the mundane.

Marnie aka Doe :-)
