Another from Berkeley on Sunday ... For this one I had the camera in my lap, held vertically, and set the focus and exposure purely by guess as it was too dark in the room to see the numbers on the shutter speed dial or on the lens. I could find the infinity mark and turned the focusing ring by the amount I thought was about right, and I could find the A setting and then click-stop to the 1/2 second mark. I made two exposures, this one is sharp enough. I liked the way the light was coming in the window of the lecture hall and rimlighting the person sitting across the aisle watching the film that was being featured: http://homepage.mac.com/ramarren/photo/PAW7/44a.htm Comments, critique, etc always appreciated. best, Godfrey ============ That's odd looking. I wasn't quite sure what that cone was up in the air, thought it looked like a floating cone or a dunce cap or something. Duh. Window. So maybe something could be done to make it a little clearer. But on the whole, I like it and find it interesting.
