If you will look closely, the photo is not tilted - the horizon is
really out at the ocean - it is faint blue but is there.

The seeming tilt is because the beach slopes down towards the ocean
and the body of seems like it should be the horizon.  It is deceiving
that it seems like that body of water should be the horizon.
