Thanks for valued comments, Paul. I think its remote high altitude location and long severe winter weather helps. It's a State Historical Park with a gate attendant collecting a modest entry fee. I, also, saw a couple uniformed personnel strolling around looking helpful, so I gather they have what they consider to be a working security program.
