The DA* 60-250/4 will be here soon, so it wouldn't make much sense to redo the 
FA* 80-200/2.8. I believe one reason for not retaining FA lens designs is that 
the new DA and DA* lenses are optimized for the APS-C image circle. And of 
course new releases stimulate sales.
