That was a pretty bold mouse. The 11-inch focus distance, by the way, 
is measured from the image plane, not the front of the lens. So that 
mouse was within about five inches of the lens when I took those shots!

Yep, I thought of that, but for this gallery I wanted to show all 
uncropped images from the new 16-50/2.8 lens.

Thanks. I love ferns and I'm a sucker for backlighting, so I couldn't 
help myself on that one.
