Cabbagetown is a former working-class area of Toronto, so named
because the Irish-Catholic inhabitants cooked a lot of boiled cabbage
- the smell was said to permeate the streets.

Now many of the Victorian rowhouses have been bought by Yuppies and
the area is becoming quite gentrified.

It's a lovely place for a walkabout, and a couple of weekends I caught
this fellow, following our progress (WARNING:  Cat Alert - do not open
