I had both the 85/1.4 and the 135/1.8 and they are both excellent
lenses. The 135 would be superb on a digital camera with the 'crop
factor', and even at it's normal high price represents good value for
money when you consider what the Carl Zeiss T* 200/2 costs. 

I now have a Carl Zeiss T* 85/1.4, which is also a superb lens. On my
Olympus cameras it has the same fov as a 170/1.4 - imagine what it
would cost to buy one of those...

In response to another part of this thread, it was Fred Wasti who put
up an 85mm lens comparison page. Try googling his name to see if the
page is still online.
