I have no idea, but it reminded me of a wonderful snippet of mobile phone conversation I heard on the train this evening:
She: ...so I blurted out that I was goin' on 'oliday and he says 'Where?' so I say 'Olland, but I don't even speak Danish <Pause while other person speaks> She: Yea, that's they speak in 'Olland.
