Interesting subject and good composition.  I like it. Maybe, I might have 
cropped just a little more tightly on the left, just eliminating the green 
section of the oar.  The small section of that oar distracts my eye and 
leaves a little unbalanced feeling to me, and I think the even smaller 
leftmost green part emphasizes that feeling.

Just my first impressions.  Nice shot, and as Jack said, well seen.
