Err. No. In fact I have a little more information, that I found out a couple of hours after taking this shot. The blond girl on the right is Maggie, (I didn't get the black girls name). The shot was taken on Sunday, June 24th, which was her 21st birthday. After shooting the sunset, I changed to the 43mm limited and with my College buddy Steve began a semi-serious pub crawl through the bars of Newport. I never expected to see either of those girls again, but apparently the party on the Yacht wasn't all that interesting, as in this little dive of a bar having a Karaoke night I was able to capture this:
http://home.earthlink.net/~morephotos/birthdaygirl.html and this one just for frank: http://home.earthlink.net/~morephotos/forfrankl.html This was serious available darkness shooting and there was always someone getting in my way. Maggie, right after this, did a creditable job of singing "La Bomba" with some very nice salsa moves, much too fast to anything other than a blur under the lighting conditions... Yes the focus is bad on the first and the subject movement makes the second less than sharp as well, but I'd prefer to think of it as in the Theraultian Style. frank theriault wrote: > On 6/26/07, John Sessoms <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > > >> Hmmmph!
