I remember seeing that on some history channel/Discovery channel/some
damn channel/ special.  Schwinn wanted to build motorcycles and bought
Henderson Excelsior to eliminate some of the competition.  Of course,
Scwhinn eventually decided to go the pedal route and that was the end of
of EH.
