No that's not all that is needed. For everything to work at the biological
machine/cellular level numerous things have to all be lined up in advance
and occur virtually simultaneously. We're not talking about something as
simple as heads and tails (you know that).
We're talking about about a huge astronomical number, apparently beyond
astronomical actually.
Forget the quarter, take a mouse trap apart and put it in a paper sack.
Shake it around until it randomly assembles itself. Then get back to me.
