========= Found. I went out to the dump to photograph the landfills (boring, nothing showing but pipes here and there) and found this by the road on the way back. Obviously someone didn't quite make it all the way to the dump. :-) Didn't touch a thing. I figure someone with a sense of humor put that monitor there. (Although they should have dumped it, but we do have limitations on dumping computer equipment so sometimes that is difficult.) I may PS a lot, but I so far I haven't set up shots. When I do it will be obvious.
