Re-subscribed to the list, after logging off before leaving. This was my first trip to the mountain and while I was pre-occupied with last minute edits to my macro presentation (I really sweat the details on that sort of stuff) it was great to meet so many PDMLer's in person and make other, new, acquaintances as well. Don Nelson is an inspiration, and he and the Team really made sure that the event ran like clockwork. Doug and Mark did a great job judging and critiquing - and of course, congrats to our own Ken Waller for taking first place in the Advanced Wildflower category! I'm certainly planning on returning next year - with more time to socialize, shoot, and see more of the mountain - I didn't even make it down to the bear den!
