Hmm. A coffee table. Fancy that!

There's a good description here of the Ethiopian coffee ceremony, and
how they roast and make the coffee:

This is, in my experience, the most caffeinated coffee you can have. 3
demi-tasses of coffee made this way will keep you buzzomg for days,
literally. If you can't get to Ethiopia I know there are a lot of
Ethiopian communities in the USA and it's worth going to a restaurant
to experience this for yourself.

Strangely enough, I don't buy Ethiopian coffee (eg Sidamo or Harar)
because the beans are not roasted in the same way and are rather bland
for my taste. But I have drunk coffee in Sidamo province (at Awassa)
and in Harar itself, and it's an entirely different thing altogether.
Harar is a wonderful place, incidentally.

Selamte!
