I'm beginning to hate all this intolerance on the list.
Rule #1 of interpersonal relations:
Praise folks in public.
Rule #1 of interpersonal relations:
Chastise folks in private.
Very few folks are typing anything with the intention of hurting, berating
or insulting anyone on the list unless someone unleashes a load of
embarrassing chastisement upon them in public.
Now if you wish to hurt folks and start a flame war, by all means, continue
to violate the rules. I've never started a flame war, but I've successfully
finished a couple in the past. I generally like to continue until the folks
who start the war finally put me on their email "plonk" list. This is good
for me because then I can again speek freely and honestly without their
bossy, overly sensitive interference.
Until all this crap stops, I'll continue to leave the toilet seat up! So
there!
