The Center Cafe is a bit pricey but great food! in Santa Fe it is hard to find a bad meal, but if you are doing the route I think you will be doing from Moab , find the Burrito wagon in Taos for cheap and delicious. Just ask someone where it is parked - likely near a shopping center on the way out of town... You are going to be wiped out by the time you get to GFM.
