Har! Well, I just ordered the fisheye. I think it could be useful for some saleable images and I can "get by" with the Sigma EX300/2.8 for a while longer. The A*300/2.8 I bid on went for over $1900 (though there's no telling what maximum bid the winner had entered - frightening thought). The main thing that kept me bidding higher for than lens was the somewhat lengthy minimum focusing distance.
