Hey, Stan, I'm working with Bob Shell to figure his problem out. Contact me off list and I'll try to work your wife's problem as well. Seriously, I might as well use my position in what used to be called Mail Operations (now known as Communication Services) and my co-workers' expertise to figure out these things.
