Hey, Stan, I'm working with Bob Shell to figure his problem out. 
Contact me off list and I'll try to work your wife's problem as well.

Seriously, I might as well use my position in what used to be called 
Mail Operations (now known as Communication Services) and my co-workers' 
expertise to figure out these things.  My job is storing the individual 
emails as well as tracking and storing spam complaints, white lists, 
blocked IPs, etc. etc. but I work closely with the postmaster team and 
they should be able to tell me what's going on.
