Godfrey, were you using this lens on
FF film or APS digital?

I found that this iens is indeed very good and very inexpensive, but  
to get the best results you need to stop it down to f/4.5-5.6 and be  
very careful of flare.

i get tired of the FE effect pretty fast. So while it was fun to use  
now and then, I sold it later to someone else who wanted to  
experiment with it.
