Nope, not at all.
But it might give me the non magical ability to do something 
better/easier/more efficiently than someone who doesn't have the
experience. Being able to translate experience into something that can
be taught is an 
entirely seperate proposition. Some people can teach, others can't, but
it 
doesn't necessarily affect their ability to do.
