Thanks, Marnie. It was cold and (obviously)windy to boot. Early January.

The thing I remember about that shot was a kid - maybe 11 or 12 years 
old - who came up to me and asked for money. He was wearing only a 
windbreaker and was shivering violently. I gave him $10 and he ran off.

FWIW - the shot was taken with a tripod mounted A* 400 f2.8 and Pz-1p 
camera on Kodak E100S slide film. The roll of film got splashed with 
bleach in the lab so there is a burn in the sky right of the lighthouse 
that I had to touch up with Photoshop. One thing I like about digital - 
no lab horror stories!
