Now you know why, I bought and fixed up a couple of recorders. The wind in the trees is enough, I do not need new age music. Ditto, the waterfall. Ditto the babbling brook. Ditto the surf*. And, as of today, I finally have decent mic's too. Just to make this slightly on topic, it seems that recording is exactly like photogrphy; once you have the recorder (camera), you find out that to do anything with it you have to buy a bunch of accessories...
