Hi Marnie It is annoying when you come across a scene that begs to be photographed but there's a problem getting the right composition, right light, right sky.....
As others have said, the trees behind the gazebo make the skyline cluttered but the subject matter is interesting and it would certainly be worth persevering. If you can't move the camera position left or right, perhaps a closer view might be worthwhile.
