It's a reference to a growing series of TV shows in which individuals buy a decrepit run down (in most cases) house, fix it up (flip it) and sell it for a profit. There seem to be telethons of such shown running now, at lease, in our market. It's not mine. I'd need to buy a lawn mower. Just something light as a change up. Thanks for comments, Marnie.
