Hmm, corrupted in their database you mean ? You may be able to 'fix' that yourself by deleting the image from your 'artist' login page, if you know exactly which one that is ... That should remove it from their database too. Of course you then need to re-submit, and risk it being declined this time :-) But it may work ...
