The DA 18-55 actually has decent macro capabilities, though I don't know what magnification it achieves at closest focus (best guess would be 1:4). Sometimes I use it instead of my D-FA 100mm macro when I don't want to carry around the extra lens. You can expect to pay around $100 for a used DA 18-55, give or take. I got mine on eBay for around $90. Very good value for the money, even if you pay more.
