Film is readily available in London in many places, such as supermarkets, pharmacists and tourist kiosks. For wider choices there is a chain store called Jessops which has a lot of branches. Their flagship store is on New Oxford Street and there are several other photo shops close by which will be happy to sell him some film. There are several pro shops on Wardour Street which will also oblige, but they may not be open at the weekend.
There is, however, nothing to photograph in any of the cities mentioned. Well, apart from everything. It largely depends on what your son likes to shoot. Whereabouts in London is he staying? 6 cities in 3 weeks means he's on a whistlestop tour, so I guess he would rather not have to waste time getting to where the photos are. -- Bob > -----Original Message----- > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On > Behalf Of Collin R Brendemuehl > Sent: 15 December 2006 02:36 > To: [email protected] > Subject: Film in > > > My son is going to Europe for 3 weeks. > He would like to find convenient places to purchase film in > these cities. > And perhaps also some neat things to shoot. > > London, Paris, Zurich, Munich, Venice, Rome > > > > Sincerely, > > Collin Brendemuehl > http://www.brendemuehl.net > http://evangelicalperspective.blogspot.com > http://philosophyforchristians.blogspot.com > > "He is no fool who gives what he cannot keep to gain what he > cannot lose" > -- Jim Elliott > > > -- > PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List > [email protected] > http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net > > -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
