Well, I've had no experience with the 6x7 so listen to Rob and others  
who do. I find it hard to believe the 3021 legs aren't sturdy enough,  
however. They have done good service with several other medium format  
SLRs that were known to be rock'n'rollers.

The Pentax 645, on the other hand, seems shockingly smooth in  
operation ... no need for mirror lock up at all.
