Real photographers often use simple cameras, very few lenses (one or two), and just a couple of settings. Complicated cameras are often made for people who believe they can buy "skills" they don't have themselves :-)
This nice shot was made with a 40-50 year old, very simple simple (match needle metering, manual focus, rangefinder) camera. It works just fine: http://www.flickr.com/photos/bladt/305815539/in/set-72157594377661456/ Regards Jens Bladt http://www.jensbladt.dk +45 56 63 77 11 +45 23 43 85 77 Skype: jensbladt248 -----Oprindelig meddelelse----- Fra: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] vegne af graywolf Sendt: 10. december 2006 20:07 Til: Pentax-Discuss Mail List Emne: Re: Theater Photography When I was taking mandolin lessons my instructor told me I was a musician, I just wasn't a very good one yet. Now I am back to just owning a mandolin, but that is mostly a medical problem <sigh>. Actually most people I know who own a camera do not consider themselves to be photographers. They think you have to own a very complicated camera to be a photographer <snort>. Remember, real photographers use a speed graphic! P. J.
