In that case, why don't you just use the reference card image to set WB in 
RAW post-processing, apply the white balance settings to all images 
under the same lighting, and forget about pre-sets altogether?

This is what I used to do with my KM A200 RAW.  Whenever there is change 
in lighting, I take one shot with WhiBal card.  Then in post processing, I 
use WB Click white on the card.  Copy WB settings, and paste it to 
subsequent images.  This is accurate and much more flexible than pre-sets. 
As you can shoot in any number of lighting condition, and not limited to 
the number of pre-sets.
