I have been to B&H, and have ordered by telephone and by internet. I can confirm what was said above: they are Orthodox Jews who follow their religious rules very strictly. That is a bit inconvenient for the rest of us, but it is worth it because of their prices, their selection, their service, and their honestly. I had a product I was unhappy with; they didn't even what to hear why, just took it back for a full refund.
