That's the base model film kit lens. As is indicated by the FA J designation. 
There's only 3 FA J lenses, the 28-80 and 75-300 film kit lenses and the 18-35 
ultra-wide which was also used as the original kit for the *istD. These are the 
only FF K mount lenses which lack an aperture ring.
