No sensation of speed at all. 8-(  What scares me about surface trains 
is the proximity to very solid objects like bridges, designed for 
clearance when trains ran a good 100mph slower.

The accident a couple of years back when the final carriage derailed and 
tried to go through a station sideways at 90mph should give you an idea 
of why I have a healthy respect for speeding large objects.
