My sis works in a bank and there are countless problems exist inside the banking system. Often the stuffs were poorly trained or mis-informed, many just tried to seek the salary without doing anything, and some were too busy playing politics. Everyday, somewhere along the line someone would screw up something then trying to cover their ass. If you were lucky, some angels would help you out. If not, it's normal practice. As with everything else in life, assume nothing, double-checked everything.
