Hi Peter thanks for the comment. Just when I started taking some panoramic photos of Zurich, I noticed, how much cranes and building sites we have everywhere in the city. I have not decided yet If I should clone out things like cranes in the final picture, of course it disturbs but otherwise they are real and part of the city. Zurich has very different faces, from one side you get a very industrial look with that chimney and office buildings and rails for example.
I will go up to the mountains Rigi, Pilatus, Saentis, Titlis and more again looking for the cliche views you where expecting (mountains, snow, cows, chocolate, Heidi, lakes, cheese fondue, William Tell ;-) next year for a calendar 2008. BTW this was a new thread and I'm getting used to the unpredictable behavior of the PDML crowd. You never know what you get by showing a PESO :-) greetings Markus -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Peter Lacus Sent: Friday, December 01, 2006 10:26 PM To: Pentax-Discuss Mail List Subject: Re: PESO:View over Zurich from the Grossmunster tower - containsan ad ; -) > http://www.photo.net/photodb/photo?photo_id=5276843 (187 KB) nice shot, Markus. Bit in contrast to my vision of Switzerland (Alpine meadows and Milka :-)) though - I didn't expect any chimneys, for example. Cheers, Peter -- BP.S. if you had started a new thread maybe you'd get more replies. -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net -- PDML Pentax-Discuss Mail List [email protected] http://pdml.net/mailman/listinfo/pdml_pdml.net
